Canadian Alliance of Non-Alcoholic Retailers (CANAR) Launches to Unite and Elevate Canada’s Zero-Proof Retail Industry

TORONTO, ON — [10 December 2025] — Today marks the official launch of the Canadian Alliance of Non-Alcoholic Retailers (CANAR), a new national organization bringing together Canada’s leading non-alcoholic bottle shops and retailers. Formed to support the rapid growth of the mindful-drinking movement, CANAR aims to elevate zero-proof experiences and expand meaningful choice for consumers across the country.

CANAR’s mission is rooted in collaboration. By uniting retailers from coast to coast, the alliance seeks to build a trusted national network committed to quality, integrity, and inclusivity—setting a higher standard for Canada’s non-alcoholic industry. Members will work together to advocate for responsible industry practices, strengthen supplier relationships, and ensure fair, transparent pricing that supports long-term market sustainability.
