Bevees is the store you didn't know you were looking for. The only place where you can sample and buy Greater Vancouver's largest selection of booze-free beverages.

Soda pop and water are no longer your only options when you want a booze-free drink. And gone are the days of non-alcoholic wine that tastes like grape juice, and alcohol-free beer that takes like... well, we are too polite to say, but not good!

Our Story
In the 30 years Bevees owners Racquel and Jim have been married, the one thing they have learned is that you never know where or when you will be inspired to take a leap into something new. Little did they know that reading a news article about the fast-growing non-alcoholic industry would lead them to opening British Columbia’s first non-alcoholic bottle shop and beverage room.

For years Jim and Racquel talked about wanting to start a business together in their semi-retirement years, but finding a business that interested them both was not easy. However, a booze-free business intrigued them. Jim had never enjoyed alcohol, so he was excited to learn that there was finally a large selection of adult-oriented beverages to choose from. Racquel had spent her early working years in the hospitality industry and had always missed it – a booze-free bottle shop was the perfect fit for their interests and experience.

Once they decided this was the business they wanted to get into, they did not drag their feet. It was a short seven months after reading the news article that they opened the doors to Bevees.

Since opening Bevees’ doors, they have loved every minute of running the business. Although nowhere near experts they have absorbed a wealth of information about non-alcoholic beverages. They have sampled hundreds of products. And they have created dozens of unique and delicious non-alcoholic cocktails. They happily share everything they have learned with everyone who walks through their doors.

“We wanted to create a unique space where everyone feels welcome and comfortable,” explained Racquel. “The surprise has been how supportive our customers have been. People really want a wide selection of non-alcoholic drinks, and we are pleased to deliver.”

We believe that everyone deserves the freedom to enjoy their favourite drinks, whether that’s a classic cocktail or a refreshing non-alcoholic option. It’s about choice and variety, ensuring that everyone can find a drink that suits their style and mood. Can I sample beverages before purchasing?
Yes! Our tasting lounge offers a rotating selection of non-alcoholic beverages for you to try before you buy.
Are all your products completely alcohol-free?
Most of our products are 0.0% alcohol. Some may contain trace amounts of alcohol (typically less than 0.5% ABV), which is standard for many non-alcoholic beverages. All products are clearly labelled with their alcohol content.
Can I host events at Bevees?
Absolutely! Our space is available for private events, workshops, and gatherings. Please contact us for more information on event bookings.
